The Panel Training Room is the place dedicated to the group works of panelists. This room was specifically devised to facilitate discussion during the tuning phases of the different evaluation methods. Here, panelists are guided by the panel leader in the process of defining the vocabulary for product description and in reaching the proper tasting procedure.

The room is also equipped with a video projector that allows the panel leader to present results and information to the panelists during the meetings.

Additionally, there are 4 individual mobile booths that are similar to those placed in the Individual Evaluation Laboratory (with the exception of the sink) and that allow to extend the laboratory.
