The laboratory is also equipped with 4 mobile cabins for sensory analysis that allow to be transported and run the tasting tests in more central places, maintaining the same conditions of a test carried out in the laboratory.

Generally they are used at FEM tests and they must be proposed to only one person at a time, such as cognitive and psycho-attitudinal tests.

Alternatively they are used to propose acceptance or preference tests to a large sample of consumers interested.
