Biography
Iuliia started working in the Sensory Quality research group in February 2013 as a PhD student and since 2016 she has continued as a technologist. In 2019 she received his PhD from the University of Innsbruck (Austria) with the title "Food volatilomics by Proton Transfer Reaction-Time of Flight-Mass Spectrometry". Deals with analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) evaluated by proton transfer reaction time mass spectrometry (PTR-TOF-MS)
