Biography

Jessica studied production and analysis techniques in the agri-food field at “Istituto Agrario di San Michele all’Adige” (Italy). She got her high school leaving qualification in 1999. She has worked in some local food industries as laboratory technician and since 2002 she is working at FEM permanently. She joined the Sensory Quality research group in 2013.

Research Activities

She supports the activity of the Sensory Quality research.

2016: Technical support for the course intitled "Approfondimenti di analisi sensoriale e descrittiva dei vini" (3rd Bachelor in Viticulture and Oenology, Fondazione Mach and University of Trento)

2016: Technical support for sensory analysis courses (4th year of technical degree on agri-food transformation, Fondazione Mach agricultural highschool)

2015: Technical support for the sensory analysis course intitled "Il Dialogo con il Vino" (Executive Master in Wine Export Management)
