Biography
Giorgia graduated in 2023 in "Agricultural Biotechnology" at the University of Catania discussing the thesis entitled: "Analysis of DNA methylation changes induced by cold and 5-azacytidine treatments in blood orange fruit [Citrus sinensis L. (Osbeck)].". Since December 2023 she is qualified to the profession of Doctor Agronomist and Forester.
Research activities
Since January 2024 she works as a technician at the Edmund Mach Foundation for the "Resilient" project for the evaluation by consumer science methods of post-sensory qualityConservation of new apple varieties compared with club varieties.
