The OnFoods Project
This project is part of the broader European initiative "OnFoods – Research and Innovation Network on Food Sustainability, Safety and Security – Working ON Foods” (National Recovery and Resilience Plan - PNRR, under the Next Generation EU program, Project code PE00000003). It is a multi-task project that functions as a coordination hub for seven thematic branches (spokes), each focused on a specific and crucial aspect of the food system. These spokes work together to achieve common goals related to food safety and quality, nutrition, and the prevention of malnutrition.
Specifically, your participation will help us better understand Italian consumers’ perceptions, knowledge, and attitudes toward topics such as the use of new technologies in the production of innovative foods, sustainability, and solutions for more conscious and sustainable consumption.
