FOOD PREFERENCES
The PRIN TEST research project's aims is to understand individual differences in the choise of healthier foods.
This project is supported by the Ministry of Education, University and Research.
The study will give to people, between 20 and 60 years, differents vegetable based soups and vegetables enriched with antioxidants soups.
The project aims is to develop "functional" food; in other words the "functional food" are products enriched with substances which have beneficial properties for health.
How the test work?
The project's attendance involves ONE session in the laboratory, lasting about 2 hours, in which you will be asked to express the degree of appreciation for a series of products and evaluate the intensity of some gustatory sensations.
You will also be asked for general information such as age and gender, weight and height, as well as to fill out questionnaires on your eating habits and some psychological traits.
