Biography
Antonia graduated in 2019 in "Biotechnology for food quality and safety" at the University of Bari "Aldo Moro" with a thesis in microbiology applied to fermented products. In 2020 she obtained the Master’s degree in "Safety, communication and food certification" at the Abap association in Bari.
She then undertook an internship at the CREA centre in Foggia, dealing with the genetic characterization of ancient grains. In 2021 she won the competition as a research fellow at CNR of Foggia, engaged in analysis of qualitative improvement of fruit and vegetable products through non-destructive techniques.
Currently she is a PhD student in "Agro-food and environmental sciences" at the University of Trento with an operational headquarters at the Edmund Mach Foundation (FEM) and actively collaborating with the CNR-ISPA of Foggia.
