Biography
In April 2019, Elena obtained her Master’s degree in Food Technologies from the Department of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, Food, Environment and Forestry of the University of Florence discussing the thesis entitled "Consumer attitude towards natural and healthy diets: the use of implicit methods".
From October 2019 to October 2022 she worked at the sensory analysis laboratory of the innovation research center of the Edmun Mach Foundation, working on the project "Sensory quality control of the Trentingrana".
Since February 2024 she has been an assistant professor in the industrial engineering department of the University of Padua, in collaboration with the Centre for Agriculture, Food, Environment of the University of Trento for the project "Development of an eco-innovative food process to increase safety and conservation of fish products" and assistant to the "Enology 1" course at the Center for Agriculture, Food, Environment of the University of Trento.
