Biography
Michele graduated in 2019 in Food Sciences and Technologies at the University of Bolgna, with a thesis on the development of an analysis method for the control of the maturing of salami. He then began a PhD at the Edmund Mach Foundation, which was devoted to the development of statistical models for quality control in food products.
Research activities
Currently Michele is involved in the project Trentingrana, in data analysis activities
